How to use: Lottie London’s Bright Bounce works best when applied after your eye cream and before you’re concealer using the Lottie London’s blending sponge or applied gently straight from the pot using your fingertips.
Pro tips: Use the back of the hand as a palette to warm up and sheer out the product and from there apply to undereye area using light layers.
